The coach trip to Newgrange and to Ardgillan Castle and Gardens on Tuesday 1st September went very well. Our group had thirty-three members and we reached Newgrange just before 11am. After refreshments in the restaurant, we went by shuttle bus to Newgrange site for a guided tour.
We had lunch in Slane at the Conyngham Arms Hotel and from there we headed to Ardgillan Castle and Gardens. We hope everyone enjoyed the day.
