Kilkenny Trip

Forty-five participants enjoyed a day trip to Kilkenny on 9^th September 2014.  We left Nassau Street in Dublin at 9.15am and stopped at Leighlinbridge for tea/coffee.  On reaching Kilkenny city, we had a tour of the Castle before going to Kilkenny Design Foodhall for lunch.  In the afternoon, some of us enjoyed a walk around the medieval city while others chose to visit St Canice’s Cathedral or Rothe House.  We arrived back in Dublin at 6.40pm.  Some photos from the trip can be viewed below
