Birdwatching in Booterstown Marsh, 21st November 2016

There were about 20 people in the group that met in Booterstown on Monday 21st November for our first birdwatching event.

It was freezing cold so everyone was well wrapped up and trying to stay out of the wind!  Aidan Kelly was the group leader and set up his telescope to give us close up views of the birds.   Most people had binoculars with them and Aidan showed us where to look for the birds and helped us to identify what we saw.

Many thanks to Aidan for an excellent outing which everyone enjoyed very much.
