The Trinity Retirement Association has reserved 12 seats for a lunchtime outing to Sondheim at the National Concert hall on 9th November. The cost is €15 per seat and seats must be booked before October 9th.

Stephen Sondheim is generally regarded as Broadway’s greatest living legend. A composer, lyricist and Academy, Grammy and Tony Award-winner – he got his big break when he was hired as lyricist for Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story. Six decades later – now approaching 90 and still working – he is described by the New York Times as “the greatest and perhaps best-known artist in American musical theatre”.
