The Association has booked a guided tour of the Chester Beatty Library for Wednesday 11th November at 11am.  We will meet from 10.30am in the Silk Road Café in the Chester Beatty Library.

The tour will cover highlights of the permanent collection and may also (depending on the guide on the day) look briefly at the temporary exhibition Wicket Wit: Darly’s comic prints. The guide will also provide some background on Chester Beatty himself and explain how the collection came to be located in Ireland. The tour will last about an hour.
