Royal Canal Greenway Walk, 5th of June, from Kilcock to Maynooth.

We have planned a walk along the Royal Canal Greenway, from Kilcock to Maynooth, on 5th of June, using public transport.

Departure 11.05 from Connolly Station [Sligo train stopping at Drumcondra (11.11), Broombridge (connection with Luas Line, 11.16), Maynooth (11.39), arriving at Kilcock at 11.44. Make sure not to miss the train as there is only one every 2 hours!

We will walk from Kilcock to Maynooth along the Royal Canal Greenway (3.7 miles or 6 km), which should take us under 2 hours.

Participants can then opt to get the train back to Dublin (trains from Maynooth are quite frequent) or have lunch in Maynooth.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing and walking shoes (it’s mostly tarmac).

Registration will open at May 20th and close at June 3rd. Number of participants is limited to 20.
