Walk in the Phoenix Park, Thursday 10th October from 11 a.m.

We will meet at the Phoenix Park Visitors’ Center in time to start walking at 11 and walk to Farmleigh House, via the American Ambassador’s residence, the Papal Cross, through the Fifteen Acres and round the back of the Ordnance Survey buildings before going into Farmleigh and the Boathouse restaurant for coffee or light lunch. This part of the walk should take just over an hour.

We will return to the Visitors’ Centre along the northern boundary of the park (45 minutes approx.)

There is car parking at the Visitors’ Centre and it is accessible by bus (route 99 from stop 7078 in Parkgate street, every half hour).

Please make sure to wear sturdy footwear and depending on the weather forecast on the day, pack your waterproofs!
