“I liked the early stuff,,,” Zoom Poetry – 11am September 29th 2020

September 29, 2020 @ 11:00 - 13:00

Dear Members,

Iggy McGovern has agreed to deliver readings of his poems entitled “I liked the early stuff,,,” via Zoom  at 11am on September 29th 2020 .

“I liked the early stuff,,,”

This not so gentle put down casts writers as progressive and readers as regressive. But, does it hold true for the writer as well? In this reading of my poems, I will be reflecting on this idea, noting that some themes survive to the (bitter?) end…
