One of our members Bob Barklie has kindly offered to host a croquet event at Herbert Park Croquet Club https://www.hpcc.ie/home.

The Club has two full-size lawns and is situated in Herbert Park beside the tennis courts. It is a small friendly club both for established players and those that wish to learn the sport.  All the necessary equipment and tuition will be provided by the club. The club is in Herbert Park Ballsbridge and is accessible by public transport from most Dublin suburbs.

Nearest bus stop: American embassy, Ballsbridge. There is some free parking from 2pm on the Dublin side of Herbert Park road ( same side as croquet and tennis courts ) certainly between the middle and upper gates.- check the signs !

Adjacent to the croquet lawns is the Lolly & Cooks café, serving tea, coffee, a variety of drinks and snacks for lunch before the croquet, or tea afterwards
