At our next coffee morning on Wednesday 30th January Assumpta Broomfield will talk about Irish Snowdrops. Assumpta graduated with distinction from the National Botanic Gardens in 1998. Since then, she has worked in the private sector designing and constructing gardens including the Corona North Commemorative Border at Altamont. Assumpta is a leading snowdrop expert, with particular knowledge of Irish Snowdrops and her talk on snowdrops “Myths, Fantasy and Frilly Knickers” has become legendary. We meet in the Global Room, Watts Building, College East End. Coffee is from 10.30 and the talk starts at 11.00.
