Dear Members,
The Trinity Retirement Association has organised a visit to the Airfield Estate. This is scheduled to take place on Thursday November 11th at 11.00am. Airfield Estate is Dublin’s only urban working farm which is open to the public all year round. On the estate you will find many attractions, including the Overend family home, kitchen, gardens, vintage cars, and farm.
The tour will be led and will include Overend House. This event is for Members only, cost is €5 per senior.
The numbers are limited to 12 so it is on a first come first served basis.
Limited car parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. If they are full, please try Balally Luas car park, €2.50 for 4hrs and only a few minutes walk away.
We will meet at 10:30 for 11 outside the cafe when the tour will start. Tea/coffee/snacks are available, there is also an outdoors eating area. If you wish to have lunch afterwards, you must book that in advance, 01 969 6666, www.airfield.ie
