We are contacting you from the Census Recruitment Team in the Central Statistics Office (CSO), to ask for your help in publicising our upcoming recruitment campaigns for Census 2027.
Our next census will take place between April and May 2027 and we are now beginning to recruit staff to help us deliver a successful census across the country. Our first campaign is to recruit Senior Managers for the Census Field Staff. This competition will open on 22 April 2026, and applications are available to complete online on www.census.ie.
The successful Senior Manager candidates will commence work in September/October until June 2027.
