This year the Finance (Local Property Tax and Other Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2025 has been enacted and provides for a LPT revaluation to take place on 01 November 2025.
This new valuation sets the LPT charge for each year from 2026 -2030.
Revenue Local Property Tax Branch have offered to hold information sessions for our staff and our members on the upcoming requirements of all property owners to revalue their properties on 01 November 2025. The information sessions will be held by way of Zoom, see below for details:
